Babies Travel Lite ships to travel destinations worldwide. We can ship worldwide to any valid physical address serviced by FedEx. We can ship to hotels, resorts, spas, vacation rentals, Disney Cruise ships or homes. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, APO (military) boxes, or FPO (foreign) boxes. US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories): Babies Travel Lite orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Orders for US delivery placed at least 10 days prior to your arrival date will be shipped via FedEx Ground. For any order placed within 9 days of your arrival date, Babies Travel Lite will determine what method of shipping will ensure timely delivery of your order. International Destinations (including Puerto Rico and other US territories): Orders for international delivery will be shipped FedEx International Express. Babies Travel Lite will determine what class of FedEx International shipping will ensure timely delivery of your order. FedEx offers two classes of international shipping International Economy (3 to 5 days transit + time to clear customs) and International Priority (1 to 3 days transit + time to clear customs). US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories): Not withstanding the method of shipping (see How We Ship), shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and its destination. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated real-time at the end of each purchase session, prior to checkout. Since the shipping charge depends on the products you order, you must create your order to find out your exact shipping charge. Based upon your indicated arrival date, Babies Travel Lite will determine what method of shipping needs to be used to have your package waiting for you at your destination, and will show you the shipping charges for the designated shipping method. Shipments to US Territories and foreign countries will incur any customs duty and taxes charged by the destination country as well as brokerage and any other applicable fees. US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories): Orders being sent via FedEx Ground are, generally, timed to arrive at your destination two days before your scheduled arrival date. We schedule your order to arrive in advance to ensure we have time to correct any FedEx shipping problems. We will make every effort to FedEx a replacement order if your order experiences delivery problems. On the rare occasion when this happens our customers are not aware there was ever a problem because you receive your order on time. If you are traveling to a vacation rental or any destination where no one will be available in advance to receive your order, date specific and delivery by appointment are shipping options offered by FedEx in many locations. Please make sure you let Babies Travel Lite know if your package can’t be received before your arrival date so we can make the necessary special arrangements. Orders being sent via FedEx Express because your order date is close to your arrival date will be shipped as soon as possible to give Babies Travel Lite the most time to correct any FedEx shipping problems. International Destinations (including Puerto Rico and other US territories): Shipment timing for international orders is country dependent. Babies Travel Lite has extensive international shipping experience and makes decisions about the timing of international orders based upon that experience. You can place your order online with confidence; the Babies Travel Lite online order system will make the appropriate shipping selection. You will be contacted by a Babies Travel Lite representative if there are any concerns about your order arriving at your destination before your arrival date because of individual country requirements or other customs issues. Always looking for ways to make traveling with small children easier, we found a way to help you make your trip home as easy as your trip to your destination. You don’t worry about having to pack your extra supplies and you don’t need to think about having to leave them because you won’t have room in the suitcase. Babies Travel Lite offers a great service option called "Ship It Home." Use "Ship It Home" to ship any un-used supplies and any other items you don’t want to carry in your suitcases (dirty clothes, souvenirs, etc.) back to your billing address. You can select "Ship It Home" during the check-out process if you are traveling to a hotel, resort, spa, vacation rental, or private home. Click here for more information about our Ship It Home service. When you are ordering to an international address the import laws of the destination country must be followed. Each country determines what products it will disallow or restrict and whether they will require permits to allow certain products entry. Babies Travel Lite has extensive international shipping experience that ensures your order will not end up stuck in customs. The list below is not comprehensive. Cosmetics -- Cosmetics include all creams, ointments, powders, soaps, lotions and anything for application on the skin. Consumable Items -Consumable items include all food items, beverages and formula. Address Corrected By FedEx If there is an error in the destination address you enter during checkout and any part of the address is corrected by FedEx, you will be responsible for paying the $10.00 address correction fee. Package Returned As Undeliverable If a package is returned to Babies Travel Lite as undeliverable through no fault of Babies Travel Lite because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If you need to send items to multiple destinations, please place a separate order for each address. If your shipment is lost on its way to your destination, Babies Travel Lite will do everything possible to have a replacement box waiting for you at your destination. If because of timing issues we are unable to replace the box before you arrive, we will offer you the following options:
If you received damaged product in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please Email us or contact a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 to tell us about the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. See more information on how to proceed when you have received damaged items. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND. You may use any undamaged products in your order. You will NOT receive a refund for any items you claim are damaged but do not return either because you use them damaged or dispose of them. If you are at a travel destination, a Babies Travel Lite representative will work with you to determine how to replace the damaged items immediately if it is feasible or we will issue you a refund after the FedEx claim is processed Since product damaged in transit is the legal liability of the carrier, Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of the carrier damaging your order in transit. If your shipment is delayed on its way to your destination, Babies Travel Lite will do everything possible to have a replacement box waiting for you at your destination. If because of timing issues we are unable to replace the box before you arrive, we will offer you the following options:
If your order is not received on the scheduled arrival date as a result of an error on the part of Babies Travel Lite, we will offer you the following options:
Babies Travel Lite has no responsibility and no obligation to provide any remedy if your order is confirmed delivered at the destination and is subsequently misplaced or lost by persons acting on your behalf at the destination. Babies Travel Lite is happy to work with you as a liaison with persons at your destination to try to locate missing packages, but is not liable for your loss. Packages lost on premises are the legal liability of the organization or person that received the package from the carrier. Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of a destination misplacing or loosing an order following a confirmed delivery. If your shipment is missing and there is reason to believe that there was not a confirmed delivery, please refer to Shipments Lost In Transit. A confirmed delivery is any delivery with proof considered valid by FedEx to evidence that they met their delivery obligation. |
