We do not accept the following forms of payment:
- CODs
- Personal Checks
- Money Orders
- Pay Pal
- Credit Card Verification
Babies Travel Lite validates your credit card information for your security and ours. We reserve the right to cancel and order that does not meet the following criteria:
- Your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card monthly billing statement.
- The CVII security number you submit must match the number on your card.
International Credit Cards are subject to additional verification procedures. If you are making a purchase on a credit card issued outside the United States, you will be asked to provide the following information for credit card and identity verification purposes. We reserved the right to cancel any order if the requested documentation is not provided.
- An email or fax copy of your passport.
- An email or fax copy of both sides of the credit card you are using to make your purchase.
- When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card when we ship your order. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order.
If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card. If your card has not been charged, the time it takes for the pre-authorized funds to be released depends on the issuer of your card.
- I'm Having Difficulty
If you’re having trouble entering your credit card number please consider the following:
- Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?
- Did you enter the card number correctly including the CVII security number?
- Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menus?
- Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?
- If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, has it been activated?
If you have determined that all of the card information you are providing is correct and you are still experiencing difficulty please contact your issuing bank to discuss whether they are blocking the charge. On occasion a card issuer will block an online charge if you do not regularly make online purchases.
