Changing Your Order – Products or Quantity

It is our mission at Babies Travel Lite to make life with small children easier and enjoyable, so please email us or contact a customer service representative at 888-450-5483 to discuss the desired changes. If your order has not been process for shipment we will make every effort to honor your request.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us or contact a customer service representative at 888-450-5483. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If your order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse, there will be a cancellation charge up to $25.00 for the order.

If your order has been shipped and you will not be arriving at your destination, you can contact a Babies Travel Lite representative to discuss your specific needs. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of 1) the return of the shipment to Babies Travel Lite or 2) the box being sent to a another destination at the request of the customer. If any order is received back by Babies Travel Lite, we will credit you for the product that is returned less a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for paying any shipping charges and any other charges that were incurred as a result of the package having been shipped to its destination and returned.

If a package sent by Babies Travel Lite is refused through no fault of Babies Travel Lite there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to Babies Travel Lite.

Babies Travel Lite reserves the right to refuse to allow the cancellation of any order of any special request item.

Destination Changes

Babies Travel Lite will allow for a change in the shipping destination as long as your order has not been shipped. Change of a shipping destination must be made directly with a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483. Changes will not be accepted via e-mail or voice mail. When a customer requests a change in shipping destination they agree to pay any additional shipping charge above the original shipping charge included in their original order.

If your order has been shipped Babies Travel Lite will not be able to accommodate any requests for a change of shipping destination. If you are facing special circumstances, please contact Babies Travel Lite at 888-450-5483 to discuss your needs.
